Logistics Referent (M/F)

Contract: Permanent
Location: Fontenay-le-Comte

Your main responsibilities:

Supervision and coordination

- Manages daily logistics activities to ensure the continuity of incoming, outgoing, and internal flows. This person is the primary point of contact for production regarding the organization, compliance, and delivery of internal kits.

- Works in daily contact with production team leaders to ensure on-time delivery of components necessary for manufacturing

- Identifies risks of failure, delay, or non-compliance and implements appropriate corrective actions.

Goods receipt  

-Organizes and carries out the reception of trucks and specific deliveries

- Unloading, checking delivery conformity (quantity, quality, approved products)

- Route conforming products to the storage area, optimizing locations

Inventory management and internal flows 

Ensures stock levels are maintained, records movements, and ensures traceability.

-Supervise and performs internal kitting according to manufacturing needs

Participate in and organize inventories.

Shipping of goods 

- Prepares, packages, and organizes customer and subcontractor shipments

Coordinates pick-ups with carriers, and controls shipping documents

Operational supplies

- Issue common supply orders necessary for logistics activities (transport, galvanizing, recurring shelf stock).

- Follows delivery deadlines and follows up with service providers if necessary

- Trace any cost, schedule, or quality drift back to its hierarchy

Versatility and service continuity 

Is capable of replacing all members of their team

Ensures business continuity for logistics operations in case of absence or overload

Health, Safety, Environment

Ensure the application of safety rules and cleanliness in the logistics areas

Proposes organizational and layout improvements for storage areas

- Ensures first-level maintenance of all handling equipment, monitors the general condition of the fleet, coordinates relations with maintenance companies and safety inspection bodies, and alerts management in case of malfunction or non-compliance.

Your main responsibilities:

Ensure the correct execution and coordination of all logistical operations

-Ensure the compliance of flows and adherence to internal and external delivery deadlines.

-Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental regulations, and the ISO 9001 standard.

The ideal candidate:

-Excellent knowledge of internal logistics flows and the production chain

-Ability to read and interpret logistics and production tracking documents

- Proficiency with computer tools and ERP systems

- Knowledge of HSE rules and the ISO 9001 standard

-Use of handling equipment requiring a license

-Strong operational versatility and field coordination capability
